Careers
Careers – probably the topic I have spent the most time coaching and helping other’s discover the career they were intended to pursue. I believe that everyone has a career path they were intended to pursue – that is they have the gifts, talents, personality, interest and natural strengths needed to be totally successful and fulfilled. How does one find this ideal career? It is discovered by a process of discovery – Who am I; to What purpose; and to serve what end? My passion is to work with Teens to assist them in the discovery process of finding their ideal career path with the ultimate hope that their choice will lead to a purpose driven life full of personal satisfaction and service to others. Why teens? Well it appears to be the earliest and perhaps the most ideal time to discover their ideal career path so that they will be successful in choosing a career or college path out of High School. Life is too short to use the traditional means of discovery – trial and error.

I am interested in finding out more about this program. I have worked with teens as a youth leader in our church and I really can ‘click’ with them. I have 3 children: 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. My oldest daughter is 16 and has a gpa of 4.3–all honors and AP classes, she just joined the BETA club and is also a professional bluegrass/gospel musician. She is quite accomplished and has her goals set out for her (on her own–she is planning on being an elementary teacher), I am very proud of her, in fact amazed. She is also the younger youth leader at the church and music director. My younger daughter lives in her shadow and I am confused on what direction to point her in. I am not sure if you offer guidence for these types of situations or exactly what this program is but I am interested in finding out more. Thank you–Tami Torrence
